About me

I’m an investor at Menlo Ventures, working on the pre-seed / seed team, partnering with and investing in the next generation of category defining tech companies across sectors.

I’ve always loved building and tinkering with things -- from computers to engines to software. I studied Mechanical Engineering and Econ at Northwestern (#GoCats) before jumping into the business world to learn more about how generational tech companies are built and operate. Along the way, I’ve worked with quite a few scaled out companies, agencies, & non-profits, helped build out a few startups like Tracera & Bootstrapp, and founded my own company Hustl, which is now defunct.

I grew up on the southside of Chicago where we weren’t exactly exposed to the frontier of tech and innovation, but that didn’t stop me from making a tech youtube channel when I was in middle school (good luck finding it). Post college grad, I moved out to the bay to cannonball into the tech ecosystem and was fortunate enough to work with some incredible public, small, and large tech companies.

Would love to chat about football, baseball, the outdoors (hiking, running, biking, or sitting in a park), stationery (I love a good pen and notebook), of course please show me a photo of your dog.
